Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement

- Property damage or loss;
- Financial loss or harm, including but not limited to any expenses incurred as a result of medical care, treatment, or legal fees;
- Any claims based on negligence, breach of warranty, strict liability, or product liability.
- No Legal Action
You hereby agree not to initiate, assist in, or encourage any legal claims or lawsuits against Wunder or any of its Released Parties in relation to your use or purchase of any product from this website. In the event of a dispute, you agree that any claim, lawsuit, or legal action arising from your transaction must be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and that you waive your right to a trial by jury. You further agree that Texas law shall govern this Agreement, and that any and all disputes must be resolved exclusively within the state and federal courts located in Texas. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wunder and its Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law, regulation, or the rights of any third party. - Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Wunder with respect to your transaction, and supersedes any and all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, communications, or representations. No modification or waiver of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both you and Wunder. - Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. - Binding Nature
By completing your purchase, you agree that this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement is a binding legal contract, enforceable against you, and that you have waived any and all rights to claim any form of relief or compensation related to your transaction with Wunder. - Minors and Ineligibility
You affirm that you are at least 21 years of age (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), and you understand that Wunder does not sell its products to minors or individuals who are legally prohibited from purchasing or using such products in their state, city, or county. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations governing the use and purchase of Wunder products. - Third-Party Testing & Transparency

However, you understand that individual results may vary, and that Wunder cannot guarantee specific outcomes or effects. You waive any claims based on product effectiveness, quality, or expectations.
